How Curbside Pick Up Works
Thank You for choosing our curbside pick up.
Browse this site to choose products you can pick up at Good Vibrations stores that are open for curbside pick up. Add your items to the cart and start your checkout process. If you don’t see a product listed, call your local Good Vibrations store.
At checkout, in the shipping area, select “Shipping or Pick Up.” For Pick Up, you can select your preferred pick up location from the options offered. Due to some items only be available at select locations, you will only be shown stores that have all of the items in your cart in stock. You can also opt to ship your order (see below).

Once you place your order, we will receive and begin processing it. Please check your spam folder to make sure the order confirmation is emailed to you. If you have questions, contact the appropriate location. If we have questions about your order, we will email you.
Good Vibrations will send you a confirmation email once your order is ready for pick up.
When you submit your order
We are making every attempt to expedite your order.
When you submit your order by 6 pm, it will be ready for pick up the same day!
Most store orders received after 6 pm will be ready the next day.
Curbside Pick up Instructions
Please note the days stores are open.
When you pick up your order, please have your valid ID and receipt available.
Call the phone number of the location on your receipt once you get there.
Shipping
Orders are shipped via standard ground service from Berkeley, CA. Orders may take up to 48 hours to ship. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
